Clear terms for using CaravanDesk.

CaravanDesk is owned and operated by Revive24 Ltd trading as CaravanDesk. These terms apply to trials, demonstrations and paid subscriptions.

Ownership and intellectual property

CaravanDesk, its branding, visual design, software, booking workflows, original text, databases and platform features are proprietary to Revive24 Ltd unless a third-party component is identified separately. All rights are reserved.

A subscription gives the customer a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use CaravanDesk for their own caravan-hire business. It does not transfer ownership of the platform or its source code.

No copying or competing use

Users must not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, sublicense, scrape, reverse engineer or create a competing product from any substantial part of CaravanDesk, except where applicable law expressly permits an activity that cannot legally be restricted.

Private testing

Early-access features may change as they are tested. Access may be limited, suspended for maintenance or withdrawn if necessary to protect the service or its users.

Your booking records

Caravan owners are responsible for checking booking dates, prices, balances, guest details and availability before relying on them or sending information to guests.

Acceptable use

Access must be used only for lawful caravan-hire activity. Sign-in details must not be shared with unauthorised people, and the platform must not be used to store unnecessary sensitive information.

Availability and backups

We take reasonable steps to keep the service available and protect stored records, but testers should retain an independent copy of essential booking information during the private beta.

Pricing

The founding-plan price is £4.99 plus VAT per active bookable each month after the 14-day free trial. The secure checkout shows the applicable quantity, taxes and total before a customer starts a subscription.

Cancellation

A customer may cancel through the secure billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout or billing portal states otherwise.
